We do our best to ship the products from the specific brands that you order from. Sometimes due to various reasons the product from the specific brand may not be available and hence we will ship the same product from other good & reputed brands.
Items may be damaged sometimes as they are shipped international through a third party logistics company. We cannot guarantee but we our best for minimal damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We are not responsible for any delay related to random US customs inspection at Cincinnati DHL location. We absolutely do not have control over shipping delays from carriers like DHL especially during busy seasons and will not be fully responsible for certain food products that could get stale from shipping delays. We unfortunately do not have any control over US Customs and the process and sometimes it may take days before it gets cleared.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
